- Why isn’t the full report instant?
- A two-minute range can be instant. A report you would hand a broker should not be. We review completeness and the numbers first.
- What size MSP is this for?
- Owner-led and mid-size shops, typically serving SMB customers (around 50–200 seats each). Very large platforms will sit outside the model’s comfort zone.
- US and Canada only?
- The multiples are calibrated to US and Canadian deals. Other countries can still run the tool; the band will be wider and more cautious.
