How it works

MSP Offramp is a free valuation tool for owners of managed service and managed security businesses. It is not a listing site and it is not a formal appraisal. The operators of MSP Offramp, including any affiliated company that acquires MSPs, may contact you to discuss a possible acquisition. That is not an offer to buy, and we do not publish your business.

1. The hook

Five questions produce a wide dollar band. We use conservative multiples for shops under $5M and we haircut owner-in-delivery and month-to-month books. The point is orientation, not a price tag.

2. The deep dive

Sign in with a magic link. Walk through identity, revenue, profit, customers, contracts, people, and operations. You can leave and come back. We do not ask you to upload financials in this first version.

3. Review, then the report

When you submit, a versioned model produces four scenarios. A language model drafts the narrative and flags inconsistencies. A person reviews the packet for quality, then releases a report you can download as a PDF. That reviewer may be affiliated with a company that acquires MSPs. Sharing your name and a high-level range with other buyers is optional and off unless you check the box at submit.
