MSP Offramp is provided by MSP Offramp. By creating an account or submitting a valuation, you agree to these terms.

What the service is

MSP Offramp is a free, indicative valuation tool for owners of managed service and managed security businesses. The output is not a formal appraisal, fairness opinion, tax valuation, investment advice, or an offer to buy or sell any business. A buyer will do their own diligence.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. We may decline, delay, or ask for more detail if a file is incomplete or inconsistent. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Not a public listing

This is not a listing site. We do not publish your business, put you in a public marketplace, or announce that you are for sale.

We may contact you about an acquisition

The operators of MSP Offramp, including any affiliated company that acquires MSPs, reserve the right to contact you — using the email and other details you provide — to discuss a possible acquisition of your business.

That contact is not an offer, a commitment to buy, or a listing. You are not obligated to respond or to sell. Using the free report is how you agree that this contact may happen.

Optional sharing with other buyers

If you opt in when you submit, we may share your name, company name, work email, and a high-level valuation range with other qualified buyers or their advisors. We do not share your full questionnaire, line-item financials, or the report itself unless you give a further, separate okay.

That box is off unless you check it. You can email us later to withdraw that permission for future sharing.

Your file

We use what you submit to run the model, quality-check the report, operate the service, and — as described above — consider whether to contact you about a purchase. A person reviews every full report before it is released to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one. Material changes to how we use your information will be reflected here and, where we already have a file from you, we will not apply a new sharing use to that file unless you agree.
