MSP Offramp operates MSP Offramp. This page describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Sign-in is by email magic link. For a full report we store your questionnaire (identity, revenue, profit, customers, contracts, people, operations, and deal preferences), the calculated ranges, review notes, and the released report. The two-minute range on the homepage can be run without creating an account; if you later sign in we may attach that estimate to your user record.

How we use it

• To produce your valuation and quality-check the full report before it is released.
• So that MSP Offramp and its operators — including any affiliated company that acquires MSPs — may contact you to discuss a possible acquisition of your business.
• If you opt in at submit: to share your name, company name, work email, and a high-level valuation range with other qualified buyers or their advisors.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

What we do not do

We do not publish your business as a listing. We do not share your full questionnaire, line-item financials, or report with other buyers unless you give a further, separate okay. We do not sell a named customer list — we do not collect one.

Review of your file

A specialist reviews every submitted full report. That person may be affiliated with a company that acquires MSPs. The review is how we decide both whether your report is ready to release and whether to contact you.

Deletion and withdrawing share permission

Email us to request deletion of your account and associated data, or to withdraw permission for future third-party sharing. We may keep a minimal record of the request.
